Meats and usually the deli are in the back. Fresh produce is either on the left or the right, with freezers on the opposite side.

It's where all the canned and boxed shit is. Not surprised this board would gravitate to that area.

>Buy hamburger, vegetables and bread from green ovals. Cook hamburger for 5 minutes and toast bread for 1 minute.
>Buy steak from green oval. Cook steak for 5 minutes.
>Buy chicken breast, butter shallots, garlic and wine. Same story.
>Now buy steel cut oats from red oval. Cook for 30 minutes.
You better start conceding real quick.

My tescos has clothes and flowers in the left shelves, cereal and seasonal goods in the top shelves, cakes and alcohol in the right shelves. Yeah, I'm going to be shopping in the central aisles.

I try to do as much of my shopping as possible only buying from the produce section/meat counter. Try to avoid buying anything in any other aisles.

Anyone else try to do this?

No, I enjoy noodles and rice too much. Same for cheese.

At least OP has become self aware of his shelf stable tendencies.
Some people wander through life never experiencing such self reflection.

The problem with buying alcohol at the store is you can't use self-check. The screen locks and you need an attendant to un-fuck it for you.

I use all of the grocery store. That means meats, produce, the baking section, spices, tea, the canned good section, sauces, I go to all of it. Not with the same frequency, mind you, but I use all of my grocery store - EXCEPT for water. Because that is a scam. Especially since I am not on poisoned city water, but nice clean well water. For now at least.
