I usually do ribs, chicken, and armadillo eggs. I'm new to smoking so I'd like to hear what you guys do.

I wake up before 5 six days a week to go whore myself out to a large corporation because I like to buy things and drink beer.

those ribs look terrible. you might want to try something easy like creamed corn. smoked creamed corn is incredible

I just did a small pork shoulder, a flank steak, a small corned beef brisket and some whitefish.
