I can make better fried chicken in my air fryer at home for half the price, thanks.

It is delicious, but I don't like paying $60 for 1/2 of a chicken and a biscuit.

I had it in the past year and the taste just didn't appeal to me any longer. Probably hadn't had KFC in over a decade prior to that since all of the locations were in inconvenient places.

When I was 17 my parents came home from somewhere having picked up KFC for dinner, and by the time they brought the bucket home it'd gone cold.
Seeing all the grease oozing off of cold chicken made me nauseous and I've never eaten their normal fried chicken since. Some of their sandwiches are alright tho

In the late 80s / early 90s in the UK, the had the "classic burger". I went to a birthday party at a KFC (never had it before because my parents were 'against' fast food). Anyway, it was so fucking delicious. It just disappeared. Anyway #2, they released the "classic wrap" sometime recently (I don't frequent such places often), it tasted pretty much like the nostalgic burger previously mentioned. It's just so tasty

Euro KFC was also a lot better than what we get here. I think they just use better ingredients since they're locally sourced. I don't know why KFC in the US decided so hard because 15-20 years ago they were still pretty good

It isn't though. It's also greasy as almighty fuck. Fried chicken is already greasy as fuck but KFC's shit is extraordinarily greasy for no reason at all. And their sides are shit. Popeyes clears KFC no contest. Hell even Wingstop is better...but Wingstop is far too expensive for the slop they serve...but I'd still eat that over KFC.

I don't have a pressure fryer and I'm too scared I'd end up mad maxing myself if I tried improvising with my pressure cooker. There's a British company that sells the herbs and spices that are likely accurate though.

Nah they've suffered too much from cheaping out on the ingredients despite being insanely expensive.
I live in Kentucky and I'm ashamed its what most people know us for.

I swear it's only KFC's shit that's super fucking greasy like that...like they lather the shit in oil before boxing it up or something. And I'm not saying other places don't have greasy chicken but my god it's like they fry it and cook it, then right before they serve it they take all the pieces and dunk them in oil. It's the most greasy fucking chicken I've ever had in my life and that's saying something because my family is from the south and they put a ton of grease and sugar and salt in everything they cook.

Nah, Japan trolled itself.
A nip manager in 70s overhead some whities complaining that they couldn't get turkey for Christmas in Japan. So he created the party barrel, which was a bucket with chicken and salad and shit.
That became popular with the nips, too, so the manager extended the barrel into a whole "Christmas with KFC" event. The manager guy even went around dressing up as the Colonel.
