I boil all my food

I liberally sprinkle my proteins with salt, onion powder, and garlic powder. Plus a lighter dusting of MSG. Don't tell anybody.

Basically a giant raviolo filled with ricotta and mushrooms and an egg yolk. The tricky part is to boil it without cooking the yolk too much. Then served with butter and crunchy pancetta. I like to think that chef Boyardee would have been proud, but he probably would have smacked me with a beef tongue.

I can quite literally source and prepare healthy alternatives to the unhealthiest foods such as pasta, bread and rice and it will be delicious.

Most of my cooking actually. I've cooked professionally for many years. I'm not smug though because someone is always better and cooking's really my only super power.
It's more about what's my weakness. And that's baking and desserts. I suck at them and have little interest in improving. Anything else else you can throw at me I have the experience and skill to make it as good as anybody. Excepting niche shit like Jiro-level sushi expertise. I've made plenty of sushi and rolls though and I can butcher anything. C.E.C.
