I run daily but I'm not sure how much. However much I can in 30-45 minutes (that's both ways). I just set my timer, start running and when it goes off, start running back.
I know you're lying about your ten miles but still, running daily really is a great way to stave off weight gain and build energy and mood the rest of the day.
Even on days I just don't feel like it, if I force myself to go, I feel better. It's like a drug but nobody's telling me not to do it.
