Sperg slap fights aside, I like the bone-in because they tend to be juicer and have the skin on. Plus I'll admit to a slight degree of primal satisfaction of gnawing on a bone as I eat. Reminds me that this WAS once truly alive. Whereas a chicken nugget is so abstracted away from anything resembling anything living that it feels intentional. That's possibly why they're a favorite among autists and children (no offense intended)
