Tonight we’re making garlic butter mussels, papaya salad (SPICY!) and “Sam gluh?” Chicken wings (three buddies, garlic, cilantro root and pepper)

We’re trying to be healthy this month so for some reason we think air frying is healthier :)

Mussels, in. Parsley, in. Garlic, (already in), add some salt and pepper and some water.

Flip and add more of the “three buddies” for 6 more minutes.

Chive flowers are cooking. Fish sauce. Bean paste sauce. Salt. Very little sugar. Chinese whiskey is the secret ingredient! Then add a touch of water.

Special mention to the chive flower stir fry. It’s like a staple of those household, like papaya salad. Try it out for yourself with some rice or none at all.
