I love my Johnsonville Brat cooker
I use it a lot in the winter time during football season when it's too cold to want to grill outside. Just toss them in there and shut it and forget it they come out perfect every time also love the little grease dripping tray in the front Easy Clean Up. The temperature probe that goes into the middle one ensures they come out perfect every time

Yeah I'm sure it's cool and all but I don't need another useless thing I use till I'm sick of what it can do and never touch it again, like a popcorn machine, I'm never eating popcorn again for the foreseeable future

that's pretty neat i guess, peak divorced dad purchase. i'd need a bigger pantry or a place with more storage to have something like that. don't have a grill right now but when i make brats i just sear then in a pan while i cook down some onions+S/P etc, then i pour in like 2/3 of a big can PBR or other cheap beer, throw on a lid and let them cook, when they're done i take off the lid, take out the brats then cook down the remaining beer. throw the brats back in and sorta get them covered in the "sauce" remaining. pretty tasty stuff.

I have a panini grill (but with grease dripping grove, aka a "contact grill"), it's great for meat, just slap it in, smash the lid, wa la, but it still sprays out of the sides and it's horrible to clean (I even carved a tool for it). Just ain't worth it, I can do it in a pan or airfryer just as well.

What a stupid product. Heat oven 425. Rub brats lightly with olive oil or better, pork lard. Bake 30min, flipping at 15min. What's even more amazing is you can add onions and peppers to cook at the same time. No clean up, just throw away the parchment paper.

Yes you are, air fryer brats are the second best way to make them, with grilling them on an outdoor BBQ being the first.

Its cool I guess but if you arent grilling them why not just fry them in a pan? The only specificly made kitchen appliance I own that is actually worth having is my egg cooker.

Its for hard boiled eggs, I can make like a dozen in just a few minutes. Its good if Im making deviled eggs or if I want to breakfast prep for the week and can just grab a couple eggs to go.
