depends where you live, or even from account to account. between me and a family member, we get 50% discount on mcchicken, ~$1.15 total...

A 40% discount on double cheeseburger, which you could add lettuce and big mac sauce to, without the sauce, ~$1.90 total. then they offer $1.39 large fries, $0.99 large coffee hot or iced with unlimited refills. and in the morning they give us a $1 breakfast mcmuffin SEC x1 per week, and a $2 SEC mcgriddle x1 per day. you just have to do the math, and steal a soda sometimes with a water cup. or if you wanna go 'Nig Mode', you can start grabbing bags off the canes racks in the lobby, or even chipotle, grab heaviest bags.

Its not a reliable and sustainable business model.
This is why corporate in general across the world is secretly panicking. All their little penny squeezing tricks arent working anymore.

Bad economic and tumultuous political times means ppl are being more closed-fisted with their money and arent interested in casually dropping $20 plus delivery fee (or gas if you drive yourself) plus tip for a shitty burger they couldve made at home for cheaper.

The 40% off 20 nuggies or Quarter Pounders are good deals. Sometimes they do local sports team related deals too. But yeah most of the deals are not worthwhile, that's why you check other 'straunt apps.

it was a little better ten years ago when they had more fancy options like salads n stuff, I used to always get the crispy chicken salad, but even then it's still mostly crap. really if they went back to the fancy stuff it could be their business model. the fresh quarter pounder is pretty tasty, if they're going to charge $20 for a meal you just have to justify it

as a poor person or a rich person everyone should hate mcdonald's. you are just just now realizing it for the pettiest of reasons. wealth redistribution can go both ways. When you give your money to a company like mcdonald's you're hurting your own community. It's fucking mind boggling that rednecks who are so obsessed with conspiracies n shit just let walmart and mcdonald's come to their town and ruin it by paying people so low. Every time you go there, as low as the prices used to be, that money mostly went away to some rich person somewhere. It was nice getting parfaits for a dollar n stuff but it still wasn't as good of a deal as smart grocery shopping.

The worst part is the quality has remained the same or gotten worse. You're still gambling on getting some FOB jeet giving you cold cardboard fries and a burger that has been sitting under a heat lamp for hours while paying $20+
