I'm trying to eat healthy but it' just not filling me no matter how much I eat. I just ate like a huge bowl of lentils and half a can of tuna and half a loaf of dark bread and I'm still hungry as shit. Meanwhile I'd be just fine with a single hamburger. I'm not even fat, man, I'm like 140 pounds and I fucking feel hungry a couple hours later.

where’s the fat?
where’s the protein from animal sources?

start by tracking your calories. make sure you're getting what you need first. then after that, you'll have to realize it will take a bit for your body to adjust from not eating slop everyday. once that happens and once you're able to ballpark your calories at a glance, then you'll just need to power through any hunger pangs. remember: just because your body is asking for it doesn't mean it needs it.

hunger is your body's response to your glucose levels, are you diabetic?

Why don't you just eat hamburgers? Or just eat more of your low calorie carb "healthy" meals. What's the issue? You're fucking tiny. Your body wants fat like everyone else's. You're just now learning this?

> filling me

This is a modern delusion we all labor under. The idea that you should eat multiple meals a day that each leave you feeling totally satiated is a creation of recent times. I suspect its a major cause of common metabolic issues and fatassness.

Here is the neat thing about the sensation of hunger. The second your body runs out of freshly digested energy it starts sending hormonal signals telling your brain that your going to fucking die if you dont eat more. It's a lie. Your body just likes to keep its medium term stores (glycogen) full so its begging for another quick fix in the form of another meal. This signal is a lie. All you have to do is ignore it and it goes away. After a while it just stops sending the signal.

Just dont eat for a few days then slowly reintroduce food over another couple days and you will find it totally chances how you respond to a meal like a bowl of lentils and tuna.

nutritional deficiencies can cause hunger. and not everyone digests everything exactly the same so some people might need more fat to feel sated while others need more starch.

do a whole can or two of sardines or a whole chicken breast or two with olive oil, half can tuna just mathematically wont fill you up. how much good fat is in these lentils bowls how much in the tuna mayo? if not enough for you add more oilive oil and chicken. if cant afford it add beans

what is your idea of healthy this sounds like an awful meal kek. you could eat a single hamburger i dont get where the meme about burgers being unhealthy comes from just make or buy some that use lean minced beef

You don't have to feel full and stuffed, you have to accept hunger,I can feel stuffed and full after eating a lot of chicken and potatoes and think I even went over my calories but a few hours later at night I feel hunger and like I could eat something, it's normal

probably because when people think burgers they usually associate it with fast food of some kind vs just making it yourself where you can make it super healthy and taste good
