Beef Milanesa
So if I got this correctly, Schnitzel breading and beef top round beaten thin should do it, right?

No, schnitzel needs white meat like veal, pork, chicken or turkey.

Ackshully Milanesa is a derivation of Schitnzel brought over by Italians. Sure, it's not the same, but the breading will work. I didn't want to get italian breading because I think it doesn't fit the dish well.

Yeah. I eat it with fried potatoes OR refried beans and cheese. It's great

If you live near a large Mexican grocer theyll usually have some round cut super thin and labeled as "milanesas"

Yeah, the italian breeding will work.
