Spicy food is a very cheap way to make bland or rough meat or foods more "interesting". It's also a way to soothe the body in high temperatures and helps with cardiovascular health.

The irritates the digestive system of anyone not acclimated to it, same way black coffee fucks up the stomachs of people not used to acidic food.

Told by who? When? By you, just now? This doesn't happen, the only time whites or anyone else are told to avoid spicy foods by medical professionals is when they have a condition that will only be worsened by capsaicin. Otherwise it's generally viewed as harmless and even beneficial to include spicy food in your diet, within reason.

the primary use is to add flavor to the food. people in third world hellholes poop on the street and wipe with their hands, they do not know what germs are. they know if they add a pepper to their slop it tastes less like the poop on their hands.

I just like basic spicy stuff. I don't mind jalapenos and typical spicy fried catfish, chicken sandwiches, etc. I don't enjoy the food where its so hot you taste nothing except the heat

The primary purpose of herbs and spices has historically been food preservation because of the antimicrobial properties of many herbs and spices. Tasty flavor is a happy bonus.

Its interesting to see how food was preserved in areas with abundant natural salt sources vs those without
Thats why india never really did salted meat
>>21583529
i bet its the other way round. smoking on the other hand is 100% originally for preservation and is the White equivalent of spices, i'd also bet that ethnics have made their food spicier to even further differentiate theirs from White euro food

What a retarded post, white Americans create some of the hottest sauces and peppers. You can find plenty of white men at farmers markets selling their hot sauces and spicy jerky.
Unless you're talking about food with a high amount of spices, but that would also be retarded considering how much seasoning actual chefs use.

Wrong in every last delusional detail, child. “Ethnics” as you call them use more spice as a food safety measure because they tend to warm live in places without reliable refrigeration. Food preservation isn’t a race thing like you’re making it out to be. Smoking isn’t a “White” thing either, it’s a human race thing. Everyone smokes meat and always has.

kek. conservatives are some of the easiest marks on the planet. all you have to do is say "fuck wokeness" and they open up their wallets to you. it's no wonder they have so many podcast grifters
It is kind of crazy that Britain ran a massive trading empire to import spices (and other imports) from India and SEA for over 250 years but just 70 years of WASPs eating bland food permanently stained white people's reputation for spicy food.

Not really. I like them all a lot except for the super hot fruity/flowery tasting peppers. Not habs or scotch bonnets, I like those, but the super hot exotics. Fresnos are really good. Long red cayenne is good. Serrano is good. Thai chili is good. And there are all the great nameless ones from the pepper baskets at the farmers market.

I got destroyed by a Indonesian pepper i grew after my bud got some seeds from thar he brought back
I stick to fruity ones cause i wanted to cut my tounge off
It looked like a Cayenne on steroids it was 3 inches and it was demonically hot
Habs are my safe pepper

When you eat spicy food, your body releases endorphins, kind of like what happens when you break a bone, but in a smaller, controlled scale.
The increase in internal temperature also makes your body sweat, which triggers a homeostatic reaction to sweat to cool it off.

There's more to it than that, and even that is a step above throwing shit in. Report me all you want but spicy food is easy as fuck to cook and nothing's going to change that.
