did you know that when you eat a meal with high fat & high carbs, the nutrients compete and only carbs to go use while fats to go storage? that's why both low carb and low fat diets work, since you don't eat with carb and high fat simultaneously.

There's no difference if the calories are the same. If your body needs more than what you give it, then it will burn fat. If your body needs less than what you give it, then it will store carbs or fat as fat. Cutting off macronutrients is not a good idea generally and you should only do it if you have a medical condition that makes it the right choice. Being fat is not a medical condition that makes doing a meme diet a good idea.
