Yeah it's really good.
If you have McDonalds in your country you probably know their breakfast sandwiches. Think like that, but as a pizza.
Usually you use something like a white pepper gravy or sausage gravy as the sauce, then put mozerella, scrambled eggs, and either bacon or sausauge crumbles on top.
Our white gravy is kind of like a bechemel.
Make the scrambled eggs ahead of time and let them chill in the fridge before putting them on the pizza.
Optionally top with hot sauce.
Try it out some time.
