No they aren't, retard. Whole grains are obviously better than the micronutritional void that is refined grains, but you have to be fucking clueless about nutritrion to say they're an "excellent source" of anything.
Average whole grain bread will have around 300 kcal in 100 g and only provide around:
161 mg of calcium, which would be 16% of RDA, if it wasn't poorly absorbed from the oxalate content so more like 10%, enjoy getting fat on your 3000 kcal diet
2.47 mg of iron, which would be 24%, but it's non-heme which absorbs roughly half as well as heme, so more like 12%, same story.
75 mg of magnesium, 18% of RDA, not terrible but you'd still be at over 1500 kcal just to get the magnesium, leaving you little kcal for everying bread is deficent in. Compare to cocoa for example which is roughly 200ish kcal per 100g, but has 500 mg of magnesium.
212 mg of phosphorus, 30% of RDA, decent enough
And that's pretty much it. Some B vitamins, B1 is alright at 25% RDA. You will be deficent in everything else.
>but muh fiber
You can eat fruit and vegetables to get your fiber AND micros.
