how do you think beef gets prepared?? it's dry aged in fridges for weeks before getting cut as a way to cure it. you can basically eat raw beef with zero problems as long as it's been freshly cut, and 99% of restaurants that serve steak tartar mince it as soon as you order it. preminced packaged stuff has to be cooked because it has time for bacteria to grow on it

Think about it, if an animal is healthy, then what harm is there in eating its meat raw? There's nothing in a slap of beef or pork that's not also a building block of your own body. As long as the animal was healthy and the meat is fresh, you can eat it with zero worries.

If you do not trust Walmart, you are smart and cute. Go to a reputable butcher and get your fix there. No butcher in your area? Start breeding quails and make your own vore porn.

I have IBS so I eat raw organs for breakfast pretty regularly. Tripe, heart, kidney, and also fish. Only because it digests better for me, not because of some "primal" or "carnivore" meme. That stuff is stupid as hell.

I have some from time to time. Raw mince is fine but I'm pretty sure it won't digest that well but maybe that's an individual thing.
Beef mince should taste very neutral, bit like patee or something.
