my mcdonalds order is a large double qauter pounder meal with bacon with a large ice coffee for the drink and a tripple cheeseburger with bacon

my typical is:
1. a lge mcchicken meal with a sprite and a double cheeseburger. Or
2. a double mcchicken and vanila shake and the cheeseburger. Or
3. a lge double quarter pounder meal with a vanilla shake and 6 nuggets with bbq sauce. sometimes I will also get an apple pie.

Don't go anymore but when I did, I'd get pic related. Last two times I went, the platter was soaked and the pancakes had ice crystals in them. Why bother if they can't even microwave some frozen pancakes correctly?

People mock this but he's kinda right. Fast food is very airy to create the illusion of volume to make you think you're getting more food. The actual sustenance is very little. 2 millimeter thick slice of "cheese", 1/8 inch thick patty. The other 95% is an extremely airy bun, and some cheap condiments. They inundate this airy fluff with the cheapest seed oil (soybean) to inflate its caloric content and give it slightly more mass. Realistically, you could take all the food on that tray and squish it down to the size of a baseball pretty easily with your hands. It has very little protein for its caloric content and very few micronutrients.

This shit exactly. Tweaked in laboratories with chemicals to compensate for everything you mentioned so the taste confuses you into some sort of false satisfaction.
Fuck that place. It was fine when the burgers were around $1-$3 and combos were $5 or $6. But when you triple your prices and remove customer service entirely and the food doesn't improve there's no longer any fucking reason to eat it. You can't justify paying so much for such terrible frankenfood.

McChicken meal deal (McChicken, 4 peice nuggets, small fries) with an unsweet ice tea.
I take out the McChicken patty and put it in between the patties on the double cheeseburger and add creamy chili sauce.
repeat with the second double cheeseburger and the mcnuggets. so good.

Yeah if you min max then you can eat a burger once in a while. But most people are ordering whole meals where the 30g of protein from the burger comes with 1,000 calories of bread, sugar, and french fries, with next to no micronutrients.

Maccas is more than twice as expensive and a worse experience overall compared to just going to In-n-Out. I rarely eat there but when I do it's for breakfast and it's for the mcgriddle. These things are crack cocaine. I make mcmuffin style sandwiches for breakfast all the time, and have thought about a homemade mcgriddle, but I don't know how I'd get the thick pancake bun right.
