What can I do to solidify chicken grease?

Lately I have been eating nothing but air fried chicken thighs twice a day. It's generating a lot of grease run off that I am collecting in empty coffee cans. What can I do to help thicken up this liquid grease so it does not run all over the place when I throw it in the garbage?
