First of all, fix your blood sugar, or find out if it needs fixing.
One hour before breakfast, nexium.
Then, be a creature of habit, and stick to the same thing each morning. Have a mild soothing breakfast and stick to it. Hot tea with honey, or one cold brew or drip filtered coffee w/only 1 Tbsp of half n half, 1 tsp sugar. 1 whole banana important!, and nature valley granola bar, or proper small serving of instant or whole grain oatmeal or wheat toast. 1 small greek yogurt. Stay away from acidic OJ in the morning.
Lunch habit: small 1/2 sandwich of basic turkey, swiss, ham cheddar, or chicken salad. Singe tomato slice, or cuke, or lettuce. Dry chips or an apple or carrot sticks. Diet coke or seltzer water, or plain iced tea.
3PM can add another fruit/chips/iced coffee, or little protein bar like Think.
This should get you through the work day with zero bathroom trips. Also, lay off alcohol past 7PM, esp beer. Give the nexium about 2 weeks to start doing the magic.
