Based. I made one two weeks ago. It's so good.

I'v never though of putting parmigiano.

I make it with spinach, spring onion, yogurt, feta and a little bit of cream cheese. But I like your ingredients, might try it like this next time for a little variety.

I have sampled the ingredients as I’ve been using them. Ricotta is top tier stuff.

Are you gonna stack on layers or putt the mix in the middle. Last few times I made it with puttin the mix in the middle because the stacked sheets get crispier, I like that because I'm a texture fag.
