That's why I use recipes from youtube, you can immediately tell if the recipe is going to be good or not by judging the chef's technique.

You got "40 pages" on "a recipe page"? Do you not know how websites work unc?
>>it's in cups, spoons, pots, quarts, hotdogs and stadiums with no option to convert
Cups and spoons are standard? Have you never seen a recipe?

Maybe geriatric millennials shouldn't be using stoves or knives, keep it to microwaving.

Only for lardgolems. The rest of us /generally/ use ml. That said, my country does use spoons and cups but they're different sizes compared to lardgolem ones and we never use cups in baking or for nonliquid ingredients. Lardgolem recipes tend to say shit like "a cup of blueberries" or "¾ cup of Fatties™ brand food-alike non-food substitute (now with less sodium!)" and shit like that.

You can't monetize a recipe, so they game the system by putting bullshit stories in front of it first and get revenue from that

Yes anon, you can tell if a YouTube chef is retarded or not based on how competently they do basic things like hold a knife or if they treat standard tasks like making a roux-based sauce as alchemical wizardry.

This guy gets it. Lots of great knowledge and interesting recipes going into cookbooks still. A favorite recent release of mine is Italia Squisita's cookbook. Classic Italian recipes done a "standard" way then a second time by a michelin-tier chef a "modern" way. Gives great insight into the techniques high end restaurants use to get the most out of their ingredients and the thought process experienced chefs use to play on typical dishes.

Can't you guys make a thread about food or at the very least one with less faggotry and complaining about nothing? If people want to drone on about how their recipe reminds them of Swiss mountains then don't read it and skip to the recipe.

This is why I don't use google for recipes anymore. ChatGPT is faster.
>Fuck you, clanker lover
Don't care.
Also ChatGPT is good for substitutions (replace ingredient X with ingredient Y)
