What's /ck/'s opinion on Italian beef sandwiches?
If you have never had one before, think french dip, but actually good and flavorful.
I grew up eating homemade ones my mom would make.
She would start the meat cooking in the crockpot before we left for school / work.
When we got home she would shred the cooked meat, then pile it on crusty bread, top with provolone cheese and pop them into the oven until the cheese melted.
Loved to dip them in the au jus and squeeze pepperoncini pepper juice all over them.
