How do I make good rice?
Every time I make it, it has this nasty chalky texture/flavor.

yeah that's true, you don't need one but a good rice cooker is like 30 bucks and you just set it and forget it, they even have a warmer so you can keep your rice warm until later

I can only use a microwave if I call his Majesty's microwave service to have it delivered to use for 1 hour a day, subject to an in-date microwave license (60 bong per year). Deliveries limited to 2 times a week, and no deliveries on Sunday.

My microwave is above the stove in upper cabinets. $300 +pay someone to install it, becase what a PITA, but I will forever want my microwave at eye level and not on a countertop. My latina friends love to cook rice in a microwave pressure cooker device and it's far more fluffy and delicious than made on the stove or in a rice cooker machine. I use my microwave to reheat things nearly every day. It's also my favorite way to defrost meat before cooking for dinner.

But then you become a rice cooker yourself, anon. Was it worth it?
Anonymous No.21656820 [Report] >>21656953
Surely you don't need a rice cooker if you make rice like once a month or something.
But people arguing a pot is better can shove the lid up their ass.
Anonymous No.21656945 [Report] >>21656954

and yet so many people can't seem to do it without the assistance of unitaskers.

rice cookers activate more contaminants in the rice, they're literally bad for you.

No one is incapable of boiling rice in a pot

But you know this, you've posted the same argument you know is bullshit for years because it gets you some (you)s and you genuinely crave attention so badly this is how you get it.
