I'm sorry to be mean to a kitty but that cat looks retarded in the face and body. I think it might have special needs. My Chad cat always eats highest quality meat I give him and he refuses to eat poor people cuts.

Cats usually like smaller pieces of meat, my gf's cat loves steak but if the piece is that size she'll just lick it (although she is an older cat, so maybe having some dental issues).
