I'll throw most everything on there but have the tomato and pickle on the side as a palate cleanser to enjoy between every few bites. Keeps the crisp, cool fresh components from getting warm and also keeps the warm, savory meaty/cheesy elements from getting cold. I don't give a shit about my food touching or not touching, it's just objectively better to have the elements of a meal that are meant to do a specific thing be best at doing that specific thing.
