I don't have the very last thing I cooked but I made this a while back. Roast pork belly and tofu/avocado salad with chinese bbq sauce and hot mustard sauce.

I wanted some eggs, but also had some bread that was about to go bad, so, eggs in an mostly around a basket. With gruyere melting cheese on top, some herbs an d freshly ground black pepper, probably also some MSG, as I am a monster.
Also, this is only half done, I then flipped the abomination upside down on another omelet upside down, so that the end product had the cheese in the middle.
It was fine, my lust for egg was satisfied, the bread saved.
