bannock is really common for camping food, for some reason making bread on a fire is a novelty.
i'd really love to try seal or whale at some point but it's obviously just a novelty, like eating kangaroo or alligator.
other than that, honestly just consider these are people that steal plants from mouse burrows to eat them.
all of it's survival food, even the more viable mass-market stuff like akutaq (icecream-like) is just berries being stretched further by being mixed with whatever animal fats they have available, so if you aren't in it for novelty we already have better common foods.
