My favorites ways are cashew cream, georgian walnut paste (often used to thicken and enrich stews and stuff, or as a spread), simple garnishes like peanuts or sesame just dumped on asian sloppa or mixed in baked goods

I'll eat your nuts!

Usually just rawdog em man. They're good as a topper to soups and stews. Peanuts, almonds and cashews (not really a nut, I don't care) are great in Asiany things in general. Basic peanut butter (mashed roasted nuts and salt) is a great base for a lot of curry-ish things... and orgeat and falernum are pretty great too.

The worthwhile ones? A mixed bunch everyday. Small handful at least it gives you a great balance
The useful ones?
Macadamia (omega7)
Walnut (brain)
Cashew (natural magnesium source)
Only applies for non-tempered idk what the nutrients do if exposed to too much heat
The rest?
Tasty at best molded at worst. Don’t eat peanuts at all.. lots of mold

I grind almonds or hazelnuts to use in baking mostly. Walnuts I like to add to salads.
From pistachio's I make paste for on crackers or bread.
All other nut's are fake and should not be trusted

Try soaking them a night first. They get a more sweet mouth feel and flavor. I love them that way.

Hazelnuts are great roasted, or just use them to make chocolate paste.
Chia & flax are incredibly healthy, activate them and use them in a salad.
