Let's build a beautiful burger, /ck/.

This is 6 oz. of 80/20 ground chuck with dried onion flakes, garlic salt, black pepper, and Mrs. Dash, mixed and set out an hour ago to come to room temp.

I have pepperjack, cheddar, and even Swiss - the classic combo with mushrooms. But there's something about a Kraft single and it's the last one in the fridge anyway. And we're trying to get the fast food guys to cook at home, so we went American. Really goes with the secret sauce anyway. Plus that spinach dip was already so cheesy and rich.

I don't know. Most places that make that stuff may just mix mayo and ketchup and others use thousand island dressing. They have that conversation in Fast Times at Ridgemont High actually. Brad and Arnold, from "I hope you had a hell of a piss, Arnold!" fame.
Perhaps I've seen Fast Times a few too many times and overestimate everyone else's familiarity with it. It was a TBS staple for many years.
Hey, we should bring back TBS Dinner and a Movie here on /ck/ somehow. We need a doughy dorkus and a cute woman to host. Unfortunately I don't fit either description.

It's thousand Island with extra... something? Pickle juice, onions? Whatever. Worked there in the 90's when they had 1000 Island dressing, ran out of mac sauce on a Friday night once at 6pm, while we were waiting on the guy we sent to borrow some from another store we used the 1000 Island dressing on macs and not a single person noticed. I tried one actually, virtually no difference.

Did these a few weeks back with some freshly ground brisket because it was cheap. King Arthur's bun recipes because I didn't have time for something fancier. Toasted the bun in the beef fat left in the pan afterwards, and made some """secret sauce""" with mayo, ketchup, mustard, cayenne, paprika and minced pickle. I wasn't going to type this much but I have to wait two minutes, or one hundred twenty seconds to post
