>A cake so good it's literally called "world's best [cake]"
Fyrstekake is also good. A lot of Nordic food is good but it's also similar to other European food. But I do really like raspeballer and fish

I've picked and eaten cloudberries, they're great

Rollmops, hands down. Unfortunately they've been getting harder to find here in the US. Cloudberries have always sounded cool but I've never had any. Recently I found out about Swedish taco Friday and I've been tempted to try some of the nonsense those people have come up with.

either boknafisk or grilled stockfish
also some fuckin blueberry (americans insist they're called "bilberry", but they're not trustworthy) jam

unfortunately, people who collect cloudberries keep their spots secret, so it would be difficult as a tourist
the jam isnt much different from the berry, except that the unripe berries are hella sour and the jam obviously has extra sugar added
if you need a jam guy, i can be that guy

My only gripe is the fries. They don't belong on a salad pizza. At least not here in Denmark.
Besides that I fucking love the contrast between a piping hot pizza and the crisp salad from my local kebab carpenter.

too sweet to be a staple food, much more prefer some boiled eggs with salmon or caviar on some rye bread
