I could see the series getting weaker by 4 and 5, but not in like an obviously terrible way. The best comparison I can give is the current season of Rick and Morty where it's not offensively bad so far but is just going through the motions and doing the basics of what people would expect but without much energy or twists. I could see people feeling like by season 5 it's just SF going through the motions and not feeling as creative or unique (not counting shitposters, obviously it'll be a joke by S5 that it's running on fumes, its also the style of humor the fans like, the S3 announcement doodle had Charlie decrepit like he was worn out already as a gag.)

Chris has said repeatedly (and even as recent as last year) that he doesn't really plan to keep doing OneyPlays past 2025. He thinks doing that sort of stuff for ten years is enough.
That said, I don't really mind Lyle+Niall videos since they can be pretty laid-back, but Cory+Dave stuff is really hit or miss, to the point where Chris sometimes feels out of place on his own channel. They have some of the blandest tastes in videogames and their sense of humor/personalities are just "I use the internet a bunch".
