What are the worst atrocities that a cartoon or comic has inspired? Is there anything worse than a literal mass shooting?

I don't think it's WORSE than a mass shooting, but there was that guy who was a paranoid schizophrenic named Noid who thought that the "Avoid the Noid" advertising campaign was literally targeting him and ended up holding a Domino's at gunpoint. Worth mentioning.

"Dark Harvest" from Invader Zim allegedly inspired a murder where a kid killed a woman and removed her organs
