I'm pretty sure Superman's best feat that has no ambiguity and can't be really argued against in any way is when in Pre-Crisis he destroyed an object which was unharmed from being in the middle of the Big Bang, which in DC is treated like an explosion (and is in that storyline in particular). People are always complaining about Dragon Ball powerscaling, but it makes sense to me? Moro is massively amped by the energy of planets, which he only uses a tiny fraction of at any given moment, yet he's still one of the strongest characters present. That's a clear indication that the cast are all far far below a planetary-scale, consistent with Goku struggling with a train in the next arc. Toriyama and Toyotaro place so much thought in their writing!
