Hmmm, I'm not sure, I have an idea on the personality. Someone who's bubbly and perky, not afraid or ashamed of her bust and often taunt others with it unknowingly. For her bust size changing all the time, I could think of a scenario of her being a cartoon, so she has cartoon like powers, so she does the old 'blowing on her finger to make her boobs bigger' and use a pin to make it 'deflate' but idk. I think there's room for more ideas and improvement
