>>149353944>a female doesn't know how a period biologically worksWhat do you mean? Isn't that the main part of female health education classes in school that most people get?
Although if you look deep enough into it....
Did you know females are puppets on a clock?
Let me break it down for you.
1. Day 1-5 (assume this begins at first day of month, but could be anytime?)
Menstrual phase - lasts 3 to 7 days, assume 5?
physical effects - cramps, breast tenderness, headaches, and fatigue are common.
Emotional effects - mood swings, irritability, sadness, lower self esteem, and physical discomfort.
2. days 1 to 14, follicular phase
physical effects - increased energy, improved focus, a sense of well being.
Emotional effects - positive mood, some may notice anxiety or mood swings.
Look i don't really want to go through all of it, cause you probably stopped reading.
But...
3. ovulation phase (around day 14) (1 day)
Physical effects - some may notice pelvic pain, INCREASED LIBIDO (HORNY GIRLS), changes in cervical mucus (wet?)
emotional - some feel their best, some experience anxiety or tension.
And last phase, you can look up (luteal phase), I'm tired.
The point is a female is a puppet and you can pull strings at certain times.
But if you think about it, we are all evolved animals based on certain basic needs like hunger and sex and junk.
Are we all puppets?
