She's basically woman shaped, she'd have both, though jury would be out on if there's any detailed or functional innards. Her vagina might as well be a custom Barbie, or maybe Fleshlight-tier. There's also the concern of if her sheer strength would turn any willing dicks into a diamond. I would think she wouldn't have functional innards, or at least a shallow facade, because with her curiosity and life partners by now she would've mentioned having kids or at least trying.
