I try to remember! I really do! But I don't always and it drives her nuts. Ever couple has things the other does that makes them batty. For her, it's my clippings. My problem with almost any kind of breaded chicken or fish sandwich is there needs to be several other toppings on it besides the patty (keep your pickles and tomatoes the fuck away from me) otherwise the bread-to-meat ratio off with too much bread. Hot and spicy McChickens seem better than regular because the spice compensates for the blandness of all that bread.

a nice heirloom tomato is going to be bursting with flavor, though usually has a weird and uneven body that makes it better for cooking with. but camparis are basically perfect. firm, flavorful, a nice size so that a single one sliced up covers your sandwich with no leftovers...
