You know what's an underrated idea? Dork agents somehow meeting Octavia and being good to her. Like provide her a sense of decent camaraderie. Octavia hanging around them because those two don't fight like her mother and father would be neat. Like I get that the agents are villains but I can see them being nice to Octavia.
