An infinite point system gaining another degree of infinite coordinates doesn't actually make a difference in the number of points because infinity isn't a number and the size of that system hasn't increased because it can still be mapped on to any infinite system without running out of points.

It really didn’t help that Kratos was pitted against the worse guy for him in terms of maintaining credibility. Half-assed research/shitty fight is one thing but putting one of the most controversial lore merchants against a poster child featsman was a recipe for disaster. On one hand, you have a dude who struggles to have any feats above large building level and relies heavily of hyperbolic statements and broken chain-scaling to make him stronger than he is. The problem with this play that no one brings up is that in every depiction of Mirror Force in the anime needs the attack to actually hit the shield Mirror Force makes for it to bounce. Given the speed gap there's a good chance they could just go around it before it makes contact, especially Pikachu's Z-move which it can steer the individual bolts of. Okay so I was trolling mildly earlier, but I do think that people underestimate the ability of Dragon Ball characters to modify their physicals with ki and there is some sort of relationship between power overall and grappling strength.
I also believe that there are examples of characters lifting objects that should greatly outweigh the moments of stated weights like that giant boulder from the 22nd Budokai Training Arc should be well over 100 tonnes.
Do I think Goku is meant to be strong enough to lift planets? No of course not, that's an insane and also incomprehensible amount of strength that cannot really be grasped outside of abstraction because of a deal of physical interactions that would have to take place.
But I do think that there is some indefinite amount of strength that Goku has depending on how much ki he has that has been demonstrated through the series.

To a degree you are right, technical grapples aren't common in Dragon Ball. A majority of the instances of grappling comes from esoteric grapples (like tails, appendages, and various ki based bindings), but Goku does manage to a few throws and grapples within these boundaries.
Particularly he manages to flip and throw King Piccolo over his shoulder and through a building, flips giant form Piccolo, hammer tosses Frieza by the tail, manages to punch Buu away while holding to his antenna like a paddle ball, and gets a grip on to Kid Buu several times in his fight with him.
None of these are particularly impressive in their own rights (aside from giant form Piccolo), but they are at least indications that Goku will use whatever leverage he can manage in a fight (manga only of course).
