There was a summer I was grounded from regular TV and only had 2 movies to watch all day every day during summer, Spykids 3 and Cats Dont Dance. I watched them hundreds of times. I preferred Cats Dont Dance and will rewatch it to this day some times but have never looked at Spy Kids 3 again.

I don’t know if it is a bot, or just very dedicated ‘tism. I made a thread about this film last year and it somehow survived for weeks because it got bumped from page 10 every time, no matter what time of day.
I do like that they gave the girl cat tiny little kitty "paws".
If you're going to make your cartoon about a bunch of animals it's nice to add little touches like that. It's similar to how the horse from Ren & Stimpy had hoofs on his hands. While a character like Bojack Horseman didn't.

They exist it you look but still very infrequent
