They confirmed this matchup 9 years ago but never did it to let Ruby finish her story in hopes that the fight would become close or even winning. In the end not only did Ruby get jackshit but Maka ended up getting multiversal wank that Ruby can't match without leeching off Blazblue and that's assuming she has an argument to reasonably scale to the high ends of that verse.

Naruto was also much faster than light at a younger age and this is his absolute peak with all of the Kyubi's power. I can definitely see him being faster than Round 4 Goku. Round 5 Kaioken Goku is going to outspeed Naruto, be more powerful, and Kaioken will most likely last longer than Naruto's mode which has a time limit. Naruto also instantly dies if hes tagged by a significant attack like a ki blast barrage or a Kamehameha. Naruto's only change of winning is using hax and shadow clones to throw Goku off.

magcargo is 4x weak to water and ground, 2 of the most common offensive typings in the game
at least one of hisuian avalugg's quad weaknesses is just steel

it also has more than double the physical defensive potential of magcargo, better special defenses than magcargo and doesn't suffer from having ridiculously low HP for a defensive pokemon without anything to make up for it

Magcargo stands as one of the few pokemon too terrible to make use of shell smash which is downright impressive

Even with magcargo's weaknesses it still has more resistances than Avalugg which is at least supposed to be more tanky than magcargo and has worse special defense than magcargo. The only thing you'd want to use Avalugg for is it's sturdy ability because a majority of the time it isn't surviving anything just like a magcargo.

He had a good percentage of Viltrumite strength and ability in S1 and in the guidebook (IIRC it said he could go toe to toe with one along with Atom Eve and someone else) but Kirkman decided to nerf him.
