The 2010's and the 2020's. Nothing else even comes close. For as much as people like to point the finger at the 70's and 80's alot of good media came out of both decades, be it the bakahi films or the early Bluth films. The 10's and 20's have yielded nothing but misery. All we get now is the brutal rape of established IP or idpol propaganda catered to the mentally ill.

Every decade has been terrible for animation because the majority of animation that gets produced is bad and even the best of it barely even scratches the real potential of what animation could be. Animation has always been in a dark age and will continue to be so until conditions across the medium dramatically improve.

Legends of Chamberlain Heights is better than literally any 1970s cartoon unironically
