Even in book publishing, you'll be asked "why do you need to tell this story NOW?" You can't just tell a story or be an author to be an author, you need to be "timely", "personal", and "relevant".

Regretfully there isn't any really good new stuff, fixed sucked ass, bad guys is apparently good but I'm not a fan of the first one and I don't really think there's another project that looks exciting right now. It's kind of dire when the one thing I'm looking forward animation wise is the second season of pokemon concierge just because it's stop motion but it counts as anime because it's done entirely inhouse by a japanese studio so it's disqualified from /co/ by default.

We had some decent batman threads though.
