Also I like it if there's a mutual respect towards each other with their model profession despite the rivalry and in being on opposite sides damn near killing one another at times. As after the JL and LOD 9 to 5 work hours pass on by. The stage is their true battleground, and they show a lot of prestige to it as competitors for their respective gigs.

The episodes were too short and the CW Seed app was a shitty platform to release them on
Also it was obvious that most of the actors didn't have any experience as VAs so their performances were stilted
But once it's all put together it's a solid time waste.

I liked how creative they got with her powers, switching between animals in a split second made the fights really dynamic in a way you can't convey as well in comics or live action.

I also liked the sister they gave her.
There's something really great about Kuasa being next in line for the Totem but losing out because their village got wiped out and the Totem winding up with Mari instead

There's a really simple explanation they can give: The original amulet was created in africa and bonded with the animals that were native to Africa. If she wants to expand her repertoire, she has to bond it with animals from other places.

There you go, easy way to expand her power in the future and a good hook to start your stories with her traveling someplace to bond her totem collar to a new, interesting animal.

We have Marquise 2.0. I decided to stick with the wrestler/physical motif for this one.
Her stint into super villainy now involves her lying about being mind controlled, to play off on the idea of female villains being redeemed with a flimsy excuse despite committing horrible crimes. (Harley, Ivy, Cheetah)

CW seed sucked, it was a good way to watch the DCAU shows online with commercials. It still exists, but the episodes were very short. No marketing or anything.
