Judges 6:11-12
11 The angel of the Lord came and sat down under the oak in Ophrah that belonged to Joash the Abiezrite, where his son Gideon was threshing wheat in a winepress to keep it from the Midianites. 12 When the angel of the Lord appeared to Gideon, he said, “The Lord is with you, mighty warrior.”
This is about Gideon, the reluctant warrior of The Bible. Known for being an unlikely leader who did not see himself the way God saw him and took Gods call with fear and resistance. Despite this Gideon's decision to "Go in the strength he had" is an inspiring example to follow an teaches us that God can do so much with so little, even if it's just small step of faith.
God sent an angel to Gideon after hiding from the Midianites to tell him that God will turn him into a warrior from reluctant to mighty.
A man who was once hiding in fear of his enemies eventually was guided by God and despite his reluctance followed his every command, even when it didn't make sense, such as when God commanded Gideon to lower his army of 32,000 men to an army of 300.
Gideon's obedience to The Lord eventually led to him leading an army of 300 to victory against the Midianite army of 135,000 men through clever strategy and trickery.
I suggest giving the story of Gideon a read as well as all stories from The Bible.
