Thats kind of the whole point.

Her impossible hourglass figure was literally designed that way because you could not hide a human woman standin for rotoscoping. They made her so they could flex that they were drawing her into the scene without simply copying over a person in scene.

That being said there are some great cosplays where women have made the rest of their body ridiculously big to make their stomachs seem smaller. So you can get kinda close.
