That may be true to an extent (though I wouldn't say 100%), but still, in my experience most people expect the relationship to include sex at some point, and I think that for women in particular it might be specially demotivating if they want to do it but the guy doesn't, at least if it is a constant thing, though the same applies to men as well (if the woman constantly refuses to do it). It's just frustrating for most people, IMO.

But yes, relationships are not ALL about sex, but they probably need to include it at some point in most cases.
