394,647 were RENTED, but unoccupied.
1,204,536 were for sale ONLY, unoccupied.
546,671 were SOLD, but remained unoccupied.
4,359,731 were for "seasonal" use.
26,425 were for migrant workers (Would you look at that, a fraction.)
3,363,170 were "other" vacant homes, which had no listed use timeline or goals.
There was no specific list of homes in disrepair by the Census Beareau, because if it's in legal disrepair, and considered untenable, there's no reason to count it on the census, and there's no one to ask about it.
