The corded Dewalt router is probably the nicest thing there, although the cord looks a little fucked. Shouldn't be difficult to fix though.

One mans trash is another man's treasure. Looks like there is some of both in there.

I can't believe how messy people can be. Clean that stuff up, organize it, and take another picture when you're done. There is some good stuff in there if you needed it. I'm at a point in my life where most that stuff would be in triplicate (or more) to what I already own and if I'm not trading up in quality then I'd probably just clean it up, organize it, and then try to flip it to someone else. I still hate to see good tools get trashed when they still have life in them.
