If you are looking to do your own stuff, and not open a company or llc, I was blown away at how much of things like, say, my building permit were just left blank.
i had a lot more questions/things I was nervous about than the zoning admin had fucks to give.
you're just in your own head with this boogeyman. the rules literally tell you what to do. you just are taking issue and inserting your own fantasies about this.
